PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

General Information & Conditions
When trying on items please ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, aftershave, or deodorant which could either leave a scent or marks on the item(s).
All goods must be returned unworn apart from try on which of course is fine, and with all original packaging and labels attached. Please note that if these conditions are not then we reserve the right to refuse a return(s). 
SHIPPING
UK Orders
All UK orders are currently being sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
International Orders
For international orders, they are currently being sent via DPD depending on location etc.

**Please note: When international orders reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS
Please note: Although we do try to process and refund all returns asap after receiving them, please allow up to 3 working days in some cases.

Please download our returns form and complete with all relevant information.
Once that has been completed, please enclose in your parcel and we suggest you use a tracked service when posting to cover yourself for any loss during transit.
International Returns
